Deposit on Current Litters
A deposit of $250 is required to hold a specific puppy from a current litter. If the puppy is not available (due to health) *100% of the deposit will be refunded. If buyer is not satisfied with puppy when buyer visits HR Kennels to see or pick up puppy *100% of deposit will be refunded. If buyer changes his mind after HR Kennels receives deposit and notifies HR Kennels prior to puppy reaching 4-weeks, deposit may be applied to a future litter. If buyer does not notify HR Kennels prior to puppy reaching 4-weeks of age deposit will be retained. Balance of puppy must be paid before puppy leaves HR Kennels or puppy reaches 7-weeks old, whichever comes first. Special arrangements must be made with HR Kennels on any puppy remaining after 7-weeks (boarding charges of $15 per day will be incurred).

If buyer changes his mind after HR Kennels receives deposit and notifies HR Kennels prior to puppy reaching 4-weeks, deposit may be applied to a future litter. AKC Limited Registration Definition:
Limited Registration means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration. No offspring of a dog for which Limited Registration has been granted is eligible for registration. Each registration certificate for such dog shall carry notice of the limitation, and the limitation shall continue, regardless of any change of ownership, unless and until the owner(s) of the litter at birth shall apply to AKC for removal of the limitation." A dog registered with an AKC Limited Registration shall be ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show. It is eligible, however, to be entered in any other licensed or member event. These events include: Obedience, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility and Earthdog.
